BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Booking confirmation and invoice: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration.
Payment: Payments must be received in full before 03 March 2015. All credit card payments are subject to 3% charge. AMEX card payments are not accepted.  Invoices will be issued in GBP (or EUR, USD, RUB if required) in accordance with the National Bank of Kazakhstan exchange rates.
Cancellation policy:
• Any cancellations received 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
• Any late cancellations (after 48 hours) or no-shows are subject to 100% charge of the full first night room rate.
Additional information: IMPORTANT! Hotel check-in time – 2 pm (14.00). In order to guarantee direct access to the room upon early arrival (before 2 pm) the room must to be booked the night prior to arrival. Hotel check-out time –12 noon (12.00).
